Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner to open the Currencies sheet. Tap any currency row (other than USD, which is always shown) to open the currency picker. You can search by name or currency code and select a replacement from the full list of 48+ currencies. Tap Done to save your changes.

Tap any currency card to make it the base currency — the large amount shown at the top. Your keyboard will open automatically so you can type any amount. All other currencies update in real time as you type. Tap anywhere outside the cards to dismiss the keyboard.

Rates are fetched from a live data source and refreshed automatically whenever they are more than one hour old. The status bar at the bottom of the screen shows whether you're seeing live rates and the time of the last successful update.

Yes. The most recently fetched rates are cached on your device. If you open the app while offline, it will use the cached rates and display an Offline indicator in the status bar. The conversions remain accurate as long as rates were recently cached.

The app sources exchange rate data relative to the US Dollar, making it the fixed reference point for all calculations. While USD is always present in the list, you can still tap it and type any amount to set it as your base for conversion — all other currencies will update accordingly.

Tap the reset icon (circular arrow) in the top-left corner of the main screen. This instantly restores the default set of currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, JPY, CNY, KRW, AUD, and AED.

Rates refresh automatically on launch if they are older than one hour. Make sure you have an active internet connection, then close and reopen the app to trigger a fresh fetch. The status bar will briefly show Updating while the new rates are being loaded.

The app includes 48 currencies covering all major travel destinations: US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, Japanese Yen, Chinese Yuan, Korean Won, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Swiss Franc, Hong Kong Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Indian Rupee, Thai Baht, UAE Dirham, Saudi Riyal, and many more across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
